Once a purchase decision is made and confirmed by clicking the purchase button on our website, it is considered final. We encourage clients to contact our company with any uncertainties regarding transactions before completing their purchase.
Due to the nature and format of our data products, we do not accept returns after delivery. However, in exceptional circumstances, management may consider refunds at its discretion. Given the confidential and valuable nature of our report data, refunds cannot be granted once a report has been dispatched. Nonetheless, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will provide report customization if any data is found to be missing or incomplete.
